Heritage E-STEM Magnet School (grades 5-8) is now a 1:1 Apple iPad school that has given every student 24/7 access to 21st century learning. The focus at the school is on science, technology, engineering, and math, with project and field experiences related to the environment. The Heritage students' use of STEM tools and concepts, creates inquisitive learners, problem solvers and environmental stewards.
Please plan to spend a morning or afternoon talking with Heritage administrators, teachers and students about their learning environment. Visits to classrooms and discuss with teachers and students the integration and use of the iPad in the Heritage learning environment. The morning and afternoon sessions will include panels of students and teachers, visits to classrooms, and a break out session for your IT people on the the deployment and imaging of more than 800 iPad 2 units.
It is time to imagine and experience mobile learning with an excited staff and great students.
